BACKYARD DELIVERY

 White Glove Service

 Prior to delivery of your spa, we will contact you to let you know the expected time of arrival.  

You must be on hand for the delivery.  

The path must be free and clear of any and all obstructions which would hamper or affect the delivery.  

The spa delivery placement must be within 300 ft of the truck. 

Our delivery personnel do not take down doors, go through doorways, go over fences, go over walls, or remove any type of shrubbery or fencing. 

Our delivery personnel are not required to lay patio bricks or any other product used for placing the spa on. 

The path the delivery crew will take from the truck to the backyard delivery area must be level in such a way that our delivery personnel can safely deliver the spa. 

The unobstructed backyard delivery cannot involve more than (3) three steps for the delivery crew to ascend or descend.   

If you wish to arrange for additional services, i.e. inside the home, up stairs, or any other type help, must personally speak with Richard at 228-860-7727 prior to spa delivery.

CURBSIDE DELIVERY
 
 
Prior to your delivery we will contact you to let you know the expected time of arrival of your new spa.  
 
You must be on hand for the delivery.   
 
Curbside delivery means that we will place the spa on your driveway or at your curbside. 
 
You would be responsible for moving the spa from that point to your desired location.
